NOTICE TO OWNERS/RESIDENTS OF RENIHAN MEADOWS

This is the formal written Reminder concerning Rules and Regulations that were hand delivered and e-mailed to all Units in early April. A recent inspection of the Renihan Meadows Grounds was conducted by the Board of Directors on Tuesday April 28, 2015 revealed many violations of the Rules.

The Board of Directors is committed to creating and maintaining the best possible common area appearance. Your Assistance is essential.

REMINDERS:

A) THERE ARE MANY CHILDREN IN THE COMMUNITY. THERE ARE MANY BLIND SPOTS WITH RESIDENTS WALKING BETWEEN VEHICLES. PLEASE DRIVE SLOWER UPON ENTERING AND THROUGHOUT THE COMMUNITY. BE OBSERVANT OF CHILDREN AND ADULTS. IF SPEEDING PERSISTS THE BOARD WILL CONSIDER REDUCING THE SPEED LIMIT AND INSTALLING MORE SPEED BUMPS INSTALLED. VIOLATORS WILL BE FINED.

B) MANY A/C UNITS INSTALLED ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE THEIR WINDOW SPACER TRIM PAINTED WHITE. A/C RULES REQUIRE A WINDOW.

C) CIGARETTE BUTTS AND LITTER WAS OBSERVED AROUND MANY UNITS . UNIT OWNER/TENANT ARE RESPONSIBLE TO KEEP AREA AROUND THE UNIT GROUNDS FREE OF LITTER, PERSONAL ITEMS AND CIGARETTE BUTTS. IF MAINTENANCE HAS TO CLEAN UP CIGARETTE BUTTS & LITTER IT WILL. BE DOCUMENTED AND THE UNIT OWNER/TENANT WILL BE FINED.

D) NO BIKES OR SCOOTERS ARE ALLOWED ON THE TENNIS/BASKETBALL COURT

E) BIKES AND SCOOTERS MUST BE STORED IN BIKE RACKS. BIKES LEFT IN FRONT OF UNITS OR ON THE GRASS WILL BE PICKED UP AND DONATED TO LOCAL CHARITY(S).

D) PLEASE BREAK DOWN BOXES BEFORE PUTTING THEM INTO ZERO SORT.

E) THE WOODS AREA SHALL NOT BE USED FOR BUILDING FORTS OR PLAY AREAS.

F) OWNERS ARE REMINDED TO HAVE THEIR UNIT.S DRYER VENTS CLEANED AND KEPT IN PROPER REPAIR. MANY DRYER VENTS ARE CLOGGED WITH LINT AND HAVE BROKEN VENT LOUVERS.

G) ONLY ADA SERVICE ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED IN RENIHAN MEADOWS. ANY OTHERS WILL BE FINED FOR EACH DAY THEY ARE PRESENT IN THE COMMUNITY.

H) MORE THAN 2 VEHICLES AT A UNIT REQUIRE A PAID PARKING PERMIT- DEPENDING ON SPACE AVAILABILITY.

I) ANYONE WITH ITEMS STORED AT THE SWIMMING POOL MUST REMOVED THEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
